NEW 4-Week Boot Camp Class runs Fridays 6-7pm begins March 19. This class will help you burn fat and gain muscle all while having fun. All levels are welcome!
URBAN FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE
Combat Fitness: This is a boot camp style kick boxing class that will incorporate calisthenics with a lot of punching and kicking of pads followed by a cool down and stretch to complete your total body workout. Saturdays 11am-12pm with Ed Murray, renowned training.
Adult Hip Hop Workout: Come learn the hottest hip hop moves in this funky aerobic dance class with warm up, choreography, stretch and cool down. Thursdays 7pm-8pm with Christina Rodriquez, amazing hip hop teacher.
Zumba: Mixes body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps mainly derived from Latin music. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt the body. Saturdays 10-11am with Candus Suppelsa.
Yoga (all levels):
This amazing class will help you build strength and flexibility all while enhancing your piece of mind. Class is beginning to intermediate and is a mix between fitness and flow yoga. You will experience safe technique, proper breathing, and integration, of the mind in order to build the foundation of yoga practice. Saturdays 8:30-9:30am with Jancy Jerome.
