CLASSES & REGISTRATION - SUMMER REGISTRATION OPENS MARCH 1,2012
UBD offers a fun-friendly program where dancers have the opportunity to dance just-for-fun or grow as a seasoned professional. We offer amazing classes for all
levels and ages 3-adult in Hip Hop, Boys Only Hip Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Break Dance,
Ballet, Fairytale Ballet, and ZUMBA. We run two sessions a year: 10 wk Summer Session and 35 Wk Program Session. ALL CURRENT CLASSES ARE CLOSED. PLEASE CALL WITH QUESTIONS 847.677.2328

confirmation for your registration.
Phone: Call to register with credit card at 847.677.2328 during business hours MON-FRI 3-8pm, SAT 10-2pm.
Mail: You can print the below registration form and mail in with payment.
In-Person:
You can stop in and register in person during business hours MON-FRI 3-8pm, SAT 10-2pm.
HOW TO CHOOSE CLASS LEVEL?
Class levels are based on the following years of dance experience in that style/age: Level 1 = 0-1yrs,
Level 2 = 2-3yrs, Level 3 = 3-4yrs, Level 4 = 4-5yrs, Level 5 =
5-8yrs (Advanced). All students must progress in levels 1-5 in each
style and age group. Please ask UBD staff for best placement.
